Today’s NIADA member knows that education and training make his dealership a more professional business which will increase sales and keep customers coming back again and again.
Most legitimate trainers can provide at least some help to almost any business. But several elite educational groups qualify themselves in the field of automotive training and instruction. Not every group understands the nuances of the auto dealership. It is a business with many disciplines and a successful dealership must have specialists in sales, management, customer service, compliance and finance to ensure viability. When NIADA works with educational and training organizations to prepare dealers in specific curriculum or comprehensive capability, standards must be at the highest levels attainable.
NIADA seeks accredited institutions of higher learning and established training organizations which have long-term exposure within the automotive industry to ensure the best learning experience possible for member dealers. Even though several Education Providers have 50 and more years’ experience, NIADA closely studies their accomplishments and available dealer opportunities before the association gives itself in partnership. Every association program, certification or educational session must meet the highest criteria while having unique attraction and service to auto dealers.
