All dealer branches, dealers and salespersons must be licensed (see exhibit C). If an owner sells more than eight registered vehicles, motorcycles or trailers within one twelve month period, license is re­quired. New car dealers must be franchised. Place of business, repair facility, 10-car parking lot, and a surety bond are re­quired for application. An inspection is made to verify fulfillment of requirements.
