Jeffrey Langer, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Assistant Director of Installment and Liquidity Lending Markets
, leads the team that is the principal source of CFPB subject matter expertise in automotive lending.

Jeff will join NIADA Regulatory Counsel Shaun Petersen for a discussion about the CFPB’s primary focus in automotive financing, including Buy Here Pay Here, and expectations the CFPB has for dealer compliance.
