Franchised dealers, used car dealers, recreational vehicle dealers, auto auctions, wholesalers and trailer dealers who sell mobile homes, house trailers and commercial trailers are required to post $50,000 bond. Motorcycle dealers must post $15,000 bond.

To apply for dealer license, franchised dealers must submit a copy of the franchise agreement from the manufacturer. All other dealers must submit license application. Applications are investigated prior to license issuance.
Dealer License Fees: New or used vehicle dealer
$30.00 with $30.00 annual renewal.
