What are the dates and location of the 2012 NIADA Convention & Expo?
June 11-14 at Caesars Palace Resort & Casino located in Las Vegas, NV
Do I have to be a NIADA member to attend?
No, anyone involved in the automotive industry and their guests are welcome to attend.
What is the attire?
Convention attire is business casual with the exception of Wednesday night's National Leadership Awards Banquet and Thursday night's National Quality Dealer Awards Banquet. Dress for these two events is business professional to semi-formal.
Can I hold a meeting of my own at the NIADA Convention & Expo?
Adjunct meetings and hospitality suites are NOT allowed during education/event hours. If you wish to schedule a meeting outside these times, contact Ginger Barrientez at Ginger@niada.com.

Can I bring a guest into the education sessions and/or the exhibit hall?
Anyone attending any event must be registered and wearing a NIADA convention badge at all times. No badge, no admittance. (Spouse/Relative/Guest access registrations are available at a discount if accompanied by a Full Access attendee)

Where is the convention headquarters?

NIADA has negotiated discounted room rates with Caesars Palace for all convention attendees and vendors. Guests can stay at the luxurious headquarters location for just $154+tax per night.
How do I make room reservations?
Reserving your room is simple! You can do so online or by calling Caesars' Reservation Line. Go to the Hotel & Travel tab within NIADA's Convention site for details.
What is the reservation cut-off date?
To receive the discounted room rate of $154+tax per night, reservations must be made by Thursday, May 17, 2012.
Is there a housing bureau I should contact?
NIADA does not use a housing bureau. You should make your reservations directly with the hotel, online or by phone. There are several companies who may call and offer to assist with your hotel reservations. Please do not use these companies; they do not represent NIADA.
Will airport shuttle service be available?
The hotel does not provide any type of shuttle service to and from the airport.
Taxis are available at the airport, outside the baggage claim area. Fees are approximately $15 - $30 one way. The fare is metered and the final cost is determined based on the route taken and time traveled.
Discounted shuttles are also available at the airport, outside the baggage claim area. Rates may be less than cab fare but be prepared for multiple stops.
Taxi service is available at the front entrance of Caesars.
