Terms and Conditions
*Cancellations received in writing via email or by mail to: NIADA, 2521 Brown Blvd., Arlington, TX 76006, by May 17, 2012 will be refunded, minus a $25 service charge.  After this date, cancellations are subject to the entire convention fee.  Please note that if you do not cancel, and you do not attend, you are still responsible for full payment.  However, substitutions will be accepted.  There will be a $20 service charge for substitutions made after May 17, 2012.
